Seasonal Class Offerings

Check back for Spring 2026 Dates. Exercise CAN be fun, we promise. MoveStrong for Life Classes are designed with all levels of fitness in mind and aim build strength, cardio endurance and your smile muscles. As always, we will meet twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-7:15pm. Registration is coming soon.  In the meantime, we highly recommend taking a walk for 20-30 minutes each day, increasing your speed and stopping to do squats every 10 minutes!
