Seasonal Class Offerings
Get STRONG in the Fall of 2025! Our Fall 2025 dates will be published soon, so start thinking about how much fun you will have moving with us in September! As always, we will meet twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-7:15pm. Registration is coming soon. In the meantime, we highly recommend taking a walk for 20-30 minutes each day, increasing your speed and stopping to do squats every 10 minutes!
